On Thursday, Nov. 30 and Friday, December  from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., artist Nick Landucci presents his two site-specific installations Latent Matter and X-ente that make use of artificial intelligence in the spaces of Archivio Viafarini at Fabbrica del Vapore.

The installations are conceived as two infinite sculptures formed by the intersection of physical space with virtual space. A work that challenges what we consider real and the traditional role of the artist in the creation of their work.

The event is part of the Vapore d'Inverno schedule.

Born in Italy he currently lives and works between Milan and Shanghai, his artistic research through installation and sculpture explores narratives between matter and space in the digital age and in relation to our perception of reality. After a multicultural scientific and creative education at faculties of electronic sciences and IED, he has been working for 25 years as a creative director for creative agencies between Milan, New York and Shanghai.
