Within Vapore d'Inverno program organized by Milan City Council, Careof and Archivio Viafarini are organizing a training workshop at Fabbrica del Vapore with artist portfolio reviews aimed at 12 students from the Brera and NABA Academies, selected in dialogue with artist-teachers and the academic referees.
The day begins at Archivio Viafarini with an introduction to the history of Viafarini's Portfolio Archive and Careof's Video Archive, whose materials have been organized at Fabbrica del Vapore since 2008.
Afterwards, students are asked to present their portfolios and statements to Viafarini curator Giulio Verago and Careof curator Marta Cereda.
